Day 1 (Saturday): Sofia - Plovdiv:

Arrival at Sofia airport where we will welcome you. Transfer to Plovdiv (165 km). Dinner out and accommodation in a 3* hotel.

Day 2 (Sunday): Kalofer (or Karlovo) 55 km.

After breakfast, departure for Kalofer (or Karlovo). Accommodation in a typical guest house whose charms will enchant you.

Lunch in the house.

Continuation to the discovery of the city: visit of the Museum of “Hristo Botev” the biggest revolutionary Bulgarian poet, The Church of the “Blessed Virgin”. Return to the house, dinner and night.

Day 3 (Monday): Kazanlak 20km

Breakfast, then departure for Kazanlak. Discovery of the capital of the Roses’ Valley and visit of the National museum of the Bulgarian Rose - Damashena. Lunch in a local restaurant of traditional meals. Continuation for the visit of the Thrace Thumbs classified in the world heritage of UNESCO. Return to Kalofer at the guest house. Dinner and night.

Day 4 (Tuesday): Karlovo (or Kalofer) 33 km

After breakfast, departure for Karlovo (or Kalofer). Visit of The Museum of the Apostle of Bulgarian freedom: Vassil Levski. Meal in a typical restaurant of the town of Karlovo.

Then stroll in the old part of the city, famous for its XVIII century houses richly decorated. Return to Kalofer (or Karlovo). Dinner and night in the guest house.

Day 5 (Wednesday): Koprivshtitsa (85km)

Breakfast and departure for Koprivchtitsa, rich of house-museums from the revolutionary era. Guided visits of the city and discovery of its mysterious spirit. Meal in a local restaurant. Return to Kalofer (or Karlovo) and free afternoon. We will be at your entire disposal if you want us to accompany you in the city. Dinner and night in the house.

Day 6 (Thursday): Plovdiv

Last breakfast in the guest house and departure for Plovdiv. Walk in the city. Discover the central street with its numerous boutiques and shops for souvenirs. Lunch in a traditional restaurant then walk in the ancient part of the city to discover its XVIII century multicoloured small houses.Special dinner in a superb restaurant. Night in a 3* hotel .

Day 7 (Friday): Plovdiv – Sofia – France

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport of Sofia according to the schedules of your return flight. If the schedule of the flight allows it, a walk in the capital will be proposed to you.
